The Médeville Savoir-Faire

Production of our wines:

Produced and matured at Château Fayau where all stages of the wine-making are carefully monitored.

Vat-House (Fermenting room):

Air-conditioned and equipped with thermo-regulated vats of different volumes, our system enables to trace every movement of our wine.

Winery:

After being blended, all of our different wines are aged for between 6 to 12 months in underground cellars built into the rock, or in some of our 400 French oak barrels, a quarter of which are renewed every year.

Bottling:

As we are able to do all of our bottling, labelling and packaging here at Château Fayau, we are able to respond quickly and personally to all of the orders placed.
